Mindful Culture Change Starts With The Adults In Your School.

Our programs help educators weave mindful practices into their existing routines to strengthen teacher wellbeing, improve student focus, and create calm, compassionate classroom environments.

We offer both skill-based professional development sessions, and educator wellness workshops.

Skill-Based Session Options:

All sessions are offerein in-person or over Zoom, and can be tailored to fit a 45, 60, or 90 minute session block.

Session Topics:

  • In this session, participants will explore how they can use yoga and mindfulness practices to

    support SEL instruction. Through movement practice, individual reflection and group discussions,

    participants will learn how these strategies can be incorporated to enhance their SEL related

    lessons to better support student understanding and application of the SEL competencies in their

    own lives.

  • In this session, we’ll discuss everything from how to ease transitions using mindfulness, to space set up, to staying grounded in your own practice, to making the practice relevant for your students.

    With ample time for Q and A, you’ll leave this session feeling more equipped toincorporate mindfulness practices with the youth you serve.

  • This session will offer participants key questions and tips for allowing mindfulness to evolve beyond just an “add-on” and offer strategies for engaging community members as key stakeholders in creating a mindful culture, organically within their youth-serving organizations.

  • In this session, you’ll learn yoga, breathwork and mindfulness-based strategies you can use to regulate and co-regulate with your students.

    With ample time for reflection and discussion, you’ll reflect on which learned strategies and skills you find most beneficial, and identify the importance of regulation and co-regulation, and how breathwork, mindfulness, and movement can help you do so.

Embodied Self-Care: Yoga, Mindfulness, and Journaling for You!

Our signature and most popular workshop! This workshop combines yoga, breathwork, and meditation with self-reflective journaling prompts to provide teachers with an opportunity to reflect on their self-care practice while learning new practices to incorporate into their self-care journey.

Work / Life Balance for Educators

In this workshop, educators will reflect on their current work / life balance and learn tips, tricks, and strategies for incorporating more balance into their day through mindful practices, and more!
