Testimonials:

Emily has been an invaluable resource to me as a mentor for teaching yoga to school-age children. As a seasoned Baltimore children’s Yoga Teacher, Emily was able to connect me to a local program in need of a similar teacher. Throughout the process, she was available for meeting or communicating via email with protocol that kept things clear all along.

I am perhaps most grateful for the one-on-one meetings and the time she observed me teaching to pow-wow afterwards because she is able to give such direct feedback! With organized note-taking skills, we worked on a joint Google doc to keep our thoughts about my classes and plans together - this is something I will always have and cherish, referencing for some time to come.

Absolutely, 100%, seek Emily’s mentorship if you are also looking to expand your resourcing and network as a children’s yoga instructor.”

“ Emily’s down to earth and authentic demeanor made it so easy and comforting to work with her, it was like learning and talking to a friend. Her mentoring is not only informative but she also challenges you by asking those inquiry based questions to help pull out what is true for you and your unique situation.

As a contract employee working with schools in this capacity, it can be a bit lonely as there isn’t that team of colleagues to bounce ideas off of. Emily has been that go to for me. Her offerings are accessible, which was also very attractive to continue to justify getting support. I’ve worked with her on curriculum questions, meeting agendas with principles and other school staff, classroom management, emotional teacher to teacher support and the list goes on.

Thank you Emily, for continuing to share your knowledge and love of teaching in a way that is authentic and accessible to all. ”

Emily Fleming is knowledgeable, patient and kind. She is doing great things both in her classroom and in our world!
With a background in classroom teaching and kids yoga, I wanted to take the next step and present a yoga and mindfulness program to schools. I was a bit lost as I didn’t know anyone who has done this before…

…Emily and I had a couple 1:1 mentorship meetings where she gave thoughtful, creative, wise advice and feedback.
I cannot thank Emily enough for creating this unique, supportive company that allowed me to kick start my new career as a kids yoga and mindfulness teacher.”
